I like to think of it as a toxic waste dump we used to clean up the S/N ratio on the main list :-) A novice list sounds OK in theory, but what we'd find, possibly, is that only novices would subscribe to it? In which case it becomes a question of "Why not just post to the main list, like now?" I'd hate to see tlug-advocacy come shuffling back like a zombie, dropping smelly, rotting chunks of itself all over the place :-) Jonathan
