Not at all. All it will say is:

	$B4V0c$&(B $B!J$^$A$,$&!K(B (v5u) to make a mistake; to be incorrect.....
	$B%U%!%$%k%7%9%F%`(B filesystem
	$B%?%$%W(B (n) type; style; typing; (P)
	....

Even "real" MT systems are unlikely to produce anything useful for a
search eangine.

Some will do English stemming, etc. I don't know of any that will match 
$B4V0c$C$?(B back to $B4V0c$&(B.
