I would like to comment once more on the usefulness of Jim Breen's Dictionary Server. It looks as if the help of Jim's Online Dictionary is even undervalued (correct English word?) by Jim himself. Not at all. All it will say is: $B4V0c$&(B $B!J$^$A$,$&!K(B (v5u) to make a mistake; to be incorrect..... $B%U%!%$%k%7%9%F%`(B filesystem $B%?%$%W(B (n) type; style; typing; (P) .... Even "real" MT systems are unlikely to produce anything useful for a search eangine. >> Or do you know a search engine that will match on meanings instead of exact >> phrases? Some will do English stemming, etc. I don't know of any that will match $B4V0c$C$?(B back to $B4V0c$&(B.
