well, I'm mirroring ftp.gnu.org onto one of my servers at home, as well as ftp.sunfreeware.com, and I noticed that both of them picked up gcc-3.0.0 this morning. I haven't looked at the Changelog yet, but it seems from my experience that the Changelog isn't the Whole Story - anyone used this thing yet? Good/bad/indifferent? Does it build 64-bit binaries on Solaris? Does it have K7 optimizations on x86? Does it suck? etc... ----------------------------------------------------- Scott M.
