This sounds like an argument that it's OK to spam as long as you pay the sending ISP? What about paying the receiving ISP and the spam victim? They deserve at least compensation for their costs. There are ISPs that make those sorts of pink contracts with spammers. Makes them really unpopular. Unless you're really big, lots of people will just refuse all your mail if you do those kinds of deals. And even if you are really big, some people still will. Jonathan
