TTNet has something like that for 1750 a month, but you have to switch
to TTNet for your phone service.  If you use any NTT discount plans
you will lose them.  If you don't, it might be worth a try.

I don't know anyone using it, so you might want to try and find
a clueful person using it and see what they think before signing up,
since if you don't like it you need to switch your phone service back
to NTT before you can use telehoudai with any other ISP.  TTNet
may be good, but it's a bigger step than just changing ISPs, so
getting some opinions from current users would be worthwhile.
