I'm starting to become partial to mMosaic (http://sig.enst.fr/~dauphin/mMosaic/)
-- it's a minor enhancement of NCSA Mosaic, it's relatively clean, and it
does not include a kitchen sink.

My initial reaction to anyone stating that they want to use mozilla as a base
for new development is "they must not have looked at the code recently, or
even tried to compile it".  The mozilla developers at least admit that the
code is infested with bugs, but they forget to mention the various ogres,
trolls, and nameless shambling horrors that lurk therein ...
