Seriously, though, it might also be a good idea to put the following on the ML
web page (and perhaps the ML welcome letter):

"Welcome to the TLUG mailing list.  You aren't expected to know everything
about UNIX prior to posting, but you _are_ expected to be able to think."

Too harsh?
