The problem is budget, he needs translaters that are willing to chip in time for free, or close enough to it as to be soda money. ^^
Anyone have any suggestions? :)
Not really because translating is usually really expensive - except he's doing it open-source and can convince native speakers that they like the game and that there is someone who thinks that it's worth to be localized and is doing it.
