Seriously, though, we're the only ISP I know that offers 128K dial-up
(although there must be a few others), and it works well.  I use it
myself through our Kawasaki PoP.

The Yamaha Net Volante is a nice router, and the one we recommend for the
customer side equipment for our ISDN leased line customers.
