OCN Economy Service is like a party line. You and up to 20 other people all share a 128K leased line. I'll let you figure out what happens if everybody tries to transfer a file at once. You run it with an OCN router. To stitch a couple of cliches together, there's no such thing as a free lunch and OCN is no magic bullet. It's much cheaper than a real leased line, of course, but you also get much less. OCN is better suited to running a low-stress server than to web surfing.
