Sorry, I don't know.  I thought you might be behind a firewall now,
but I'm not, and I see the same kind of thing:

	tokimi jdb $ telnet 202.238.0.248
	Trying 202.238.0.248...
	Connected to 202.238.0.248.
	Escape character is '^]'.
	Connection closed by foreign host.
	tokimi jdb $ 

Telnet just disconnects by itself after a second.  So, it's
a problem on your machine.  I can telnet to its SMTP port,
however, so its networking is okay.
