Lance, if your wife is Japanese, I think we found some homework for her to do tonight - give her the NEC manual and tell her what you're looking for. Scott, I like that idea you mentioned about making a Linux modem config util that would hijack .inf files and set up the modem using their information. How hard is it to make something like that?
