You should read the Tokyo PC Users Group newsgroups news://news.tpc.ml.org/tpc.deals for this sort of stuff. :-) If you only want *one* (or two) book, Kingbooks.com is an excellent choice since they will send one or two by US Priority Mail for a flat US$9.99. Bookpool.com gives great discounts for some publishers, including O'Reilly. http://www.acses.com/ will search a variety of online bookstores and tell you the prices at each, including the various shipping options to your destination. (The "winner" for for this book is Brian's Books at US$48.46 (Y5648) by Priority Mail. Can I have the free O'Reilly T-shirt for pointing this site out? http://www.briansbooks.com/ :-) -- Jim Tittsler, Tokyo ICQ: 5981586 Tokyo PC Users Group Free Walking/Shopping Tour of Akihabara THIS Sunday, October 18 http://www.tpc.ml.org/ --------------------------------------------------------------- Next Nomikai: 20 November, 19:30 Tengu TokyoEkiMae 03-3275-3691 Next Meeting: 12 December, 12:30 Tokyo Station Yaesu central gate --------------------------------------------------------------- Sponsor: PHT, makers of TurboLinux http://www.pht.co.jp
