tlug: Linux Trademark: PHT position

Hi TLUGers,

I have written a few documents outlining the Linux trademark issues as 
I see them and what has transpired between PHT, Linus and some of the
other Linux companies.

My goal is have the trademark issue come to a peaceful and speedy
resolution. I would urge people on this list to not flame others or
re-kindle the controversy. All I want to do is get this thing settled
and get back to productive work.

The webmaster for JLUG is apparently not present today, so I have
