tlug: Cliff is getting more famous all the time :-)

Cliff is too modest to toot his own horn about recognition, so I'm going
to do the tooting on his behalf :-)

In the July issue of Computing Japan, Cliff is featured in an article on
four software companies in Japan that were founded by non-Japanese.
