Hi,
Joe Marchak agreed to be acting group president while I'm gone.  

Also, we should probably have elections in September to elect a new president and officers.  I think that the first election for president was in October of 1997 for a 1 year term.

People are free to run again.  It could be a good chance to get more Japanese people heavily involved.
