Nobody has access to *my* data.  They have access only to the two public
directories that I have designated for uploading and downloading.  Now I
could restrict those by password and userid access if I wanted to (yes,
under Windows 95), so I don't really see that there is a problem with
Windows 95 security here, or with setting those directories public.
That's what they're there for.  

On a side note, I read something interesting today: NT 5 will have
Kerberos in it.
