It seems better to set it to May 15th, since it may be
inconvenient for those who are back from 'Golden Week' and
with pile of work.  As many of TPJ-JP people are TLUG
members, it is not good to deprive their chances to
attend the Nomikai just having it on the same day as the
important meeting with ORJ.
