tlug: Maxwell WP for Linux

The maxwell <http://www.eeyore-mule.demon.co.uk/> wp ran straight away
(2.0.32, Debian) but went tits up when I tried to import a jpeg. Also,
couldn't get the bulleted list to do anything. Only spent a few
minutes with it, but my impression is that it's right at that "just
10% left to go" stage. Too bad, the UI is intuitive. (It's mildly
annoying when you drop below the dotted line on the page and get
beeped, though.) Maybe have time to play with it more later.
