Hmmm, so how about laptops?  Do you have an answer to the
notorious NeoMagic graphic accelerator problem.  By now, I
have three machines running Linux, all three of which
require Xi Graphics' X-server (one desktop machine with an
STB Velocity 3D graphics card and two laptops with NeoMagic
chips).  Thus, I plan to go to Akihabara this weekend to buy
a third copy of this software.  (Two of these machines
belong to my employer, so I don't have to pay for all of the 
licenses luckily.)
