Since I use NCSA instead of apache, I just took a look at the online manual of apache. It says something like "if a browser knows audio/midi, you shouldn't put audio/x-midi as it might give a broken picture..." There is no midi entry in NCSA mime. types. I should write something anyway. So I took a line from Stephen Spainhour's Webmaster, 'audio/x-midi', but it was the problem. So I put your type into my mime.types, "audio/midi mid midi kar" and gosh everything is all right now. Great thanks to you, Totoro.
