Possible Linux-Nihongo Project

I've been exchanging e-mail with a new TLUGer, Joe, about
possible cooperation on the Linux-Nihongo doc that I've
been playing around with.  The discussion prompted me to
write down some thoughts on a Linux-Nihongo Project.  This
