Oct. 1 would be fine.

Last Spring we were upgraded to a T-1 line. Still seems to be some 
bottle-necks compared to US based T-1s.
I'll be gled to throw my 2\ in and let you in on what we're doing here.
 
Shibuya or Shinjuku are OK by me; the only places I know of in Shinjuku 
are a bit high in price.
