[JTOBIN] I agree. I have often coached such people to be much better
interviewers-with success. However, I was once asked by a hiring
manager not to do so.  Needless to say, I did not work with that
manager again.  This was a manager that I found simply wanted to find
reasons not to hire someone.  Unfortunately, it does happen from time
to time.  After 20+ years recruiting (whilst also being technical) you
can quickly pick up on this characteristic in a manager.
