All the normal filesystem things work the same (the dd tools are a good place to start, e.g. ddrescue, etc.), but if you've been using it in a raspbery pi without immediately changing to a ramdisk after boot, then it's probably beyond any useful recovery. If you have important data on it that you haven't backed up, then it's still worth a shot, but I wouldn't count on it if you can otherwise avoid it. This is a notorious raspberry pi issue with people treating sd cards like they're as durable as spinning rust (and often just pulling the power instead of shutting down properly).
