[tlug] Call for presenters for January 15th Meeting

The January 15th technical meeting will be run online.  If you would 
like to present something can you post a quick summary. Also post if 
there are topics you would like to hear talks about.

If anyone is interested I could do a talk about how to setup a 
headscale[1] server which is an implementation of the backend side of 
the tailscale service for managing wireguard based mesh networks.  You 
can use it for creating overlay networks from devices behind a firewall 
or like a traditional VPN to access the internet through a private network.
