[tlug] Call for presenters 12th Sep

Given the ongoing COVID-19 I am planning on running an online only 
technical meeting on the 12th of September.  At the last meeting various 
people mentioned they might be interested in hearing a talk on Rust and 
I would be happy to do that if there is interest.  If you are interested 
in presenting can you post a quick summary of topics you might be 
interested in talking about. Please also reply if there are things you 
would like to hear talks on.
