What might also be interesting: bringing up ideas for improvement.

I.e. I heard some opinions that people might be inputting japanese
faster with a mobile/tablet than keyboard.  The i18n colleague I
talked with was rather sceptic.

Or the input improvements Apple plans for the next MacosX.
