I would be much more worried about the changes from Apache 2.2 to 2.4
than I would of the changes from init to systemd. It took me *ages* to
sort out the configuration syntax changes, in particular the changes to
virtual host configuration. And if you have any
Passenger/mod_php/whatever sites as well then you have to deal with
upgrades there too.
*That*'s the hard bit. I don't really notice systemd, since I only boot
my server once a year or so, I still have sysklogd and /etc/init.d/*,
and everything else seems to work the way I expect.
