I have not tried them, but from description they should work.

And now a very stupid question: have you tried to use old 10Base2 hardware?
Beside the coax being 75 Ohm instead of 50, it should work just fine.
You will need to use 75 Ohm termination though, which might not be that
easy to get, but a soldering iron should help.
