i am looking at IBM Thinkpads at PCnet in Akihabara. the machine looks good but i am not sure if the hardware supports any Linux distro without issues.
maybe i should try that USB booting on shopping netbooks.
i heard/read in some old threads here about Thinkpads being compatible with Linux distros.
my purpose for having a netbook with Linux distro is to write codes or texts conveniently. since netbooks are designed for mobility and convenience.
