Quite true. But then there is the myriad of internal ethnicities and cuisines.
We'll be in Paris for a few days in July and already my wife is plotting an
assault on the Breton crêperies around the Gare Montparnasse. Gallettes
here we come.

Again, quite true. I went to a "Chinese" restaurant in Bercy once with a
former colleague. It was a hoot. Even the Chinese restaurants in Japan
are closer to the original.
