Hello Everyone,

My new employer, ISI-Dentsu (IT solutions provider subsidiary of 
Dentsu), is looking to hire two people. I believe both of these 
positions are in Shinagawa in the Open Innovation Lab which was started 
earlier this year. The Open Innovation Lab fuses advance technology 
applied research with business development to develop new businesses via 
leading applications of advanced technologies. These new business 
opportunities are then transferred to the appropriate sales and 
marketing teams within ISI-Dentsu and Dentsu. Basically they are making 
various prototypes of new technologies and services and doing some cool 
stuff.

1) Mobile/Web Application Programmer
Description: Design and coding of HTML5 web applications, including 
design and coding of client-facing screens as well as server side 
development.
Desired Skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, iOS, Google App Engine, 
Java, Slim3 (as many as possible)
Desired Experience: Development of professional web sites using jQuery, 
and/or iPhone app development experience
Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash 5, is a plus.

2) UI/UX Designer
Description: Responsible for design and development of user interfaces. 
Specifically, you will make mock-ups, handle visual design and 
information design for both web application and smartphone application 
development. In addition to doing your own design, you may be 
responsible to work with external design companies to develop and create 
new user interfaces.
Desired Skills/Experience: Discernment for good user interface design, 
experience developing effective user interfaces for web applications and 
mobile software; experience coding designs 
(HTML/CSS/JavaScript/ActionScript/etc); PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash 5 
skills
Knowledge of ergonomics, statistical analysis, ISO guidelines is a plus, 
as are 3DCG and movie creation skills.
