The language thing is not really that bad. First I went to Seibo
Hospital in Mejiro who checked me over. Since they didn't have a
specialist there they wrote an introduction letter to another
hospital in Shinjuku (International Mecical Centre or something!)
who did. My doctor there spoke fluent English (studied at Oxford)
My local doctor who now fills my prescription (to save me the
trip down to Shinjuku) doesn't (seem) to speak English though
and some of the Japanese medical terms are lost on me.

I'll get by though. I'm just paranoid about my blood pressure and
the thought of another incident!

Tons of stuff to do and lost half the morning with jet-lag! Was
also going to back up my /home, re-do my partitions and switch
from Mint 8 Gnome to Mint 9 KDE. Gnome 3 and Gnome Shell looks
like something the cat dragged in and I wanted to be prepared.

:-)
