I had almost completely positive experiences dealing with them, so this is definitely worth looking into. // I just checked out the server site, noted the address, and then tried Google Maps (Hm... between Kanda and Akihabara...) but then I tried Street View, and it dropped me into an alley! I'll have to do a *personal* street view I think! Ah.... I just went to the "Otto Direct" site, and it's shocking and depressing. I found some desktop boxes and started to get excited... and then I looked at the prices. (!!) Ouch! "Why so expensive?...." I thought, and then I noticed that they all come bundled with a certain kind of software that I'm not a big fan off. D***!!! At those prices, it's better to build your own. The problem with that being that when you need to use a box in limited space, designed-as-a-unit boxes are nearly always more compact. Otto - if you're listening. You just lost me as a customer - unless you can offer some of those boxes bundled with my OS of choice... Lyle
