[tlug] Used Shops - (After Otto)

The former Otto used computer shop in Akihabara seemed to get regular
shipments of former lease machines - presumably from a leasing
company.  About the time they suddenly closed, I noted that (at least
some) large corporations were allowing leasing companies to sell
refurbished used computers within the corporations.  Putting those
together, I've wondered if Otto's supply of used boxes suddenly dried
up.

On my last walk-through in Akihabara, I noticed a few shops selling
(not very many) used boxes, but mostly they were dirty things sitting
on the street, and nothing like the cleaned and tested boxes that Otto
marketed before.  Any information on places marketing good used boxes?
