Sorry, could you better explain what is "Unix" for you, in this sentence? Did you mean
kernel vs user space? In that case, the Mach kernel is a very bad example, as you know
better than me...

Did you mean "Mach" is offering "Unix-like" syscalls interfaces to the "Unix-like"
MacOS "ls" command"? In that case "Mach" is part of the "Unix" system.

Doesn't Unix usually just means POSIX-compliant?
