[tlug] HP c4580 installer - no gcc

Hi,

Running the installer for RHEL5.3 I get warning: Missing REQUIRED
dependency: gcc (gcc - GNU Project C and C++ Compiler)
warning: This installer cannot install 'gcc' for your distro/OS and/or version.
error: Installation cannot continue without this dependency. Please
manually install this dependency and re-run this installer.


Yet gcc is already installed:

Package gcc-4.1.2-44.el5.x86_64 already installed and latest version
Nothing to do

This is for the HP c4580 all-in-one printer
