Debit has what the Jews call "chutzpah."  It is defined as a man who 
murders his parents then begs the court for mercy because he is an 
orphan.  And he fails to show proper respect for the culture in which he 
has chosen to insert himself.  You can't ask to change laws and rules 
until you show you can follow them first.
