Thanks for all the comments. I got dokuwiki/apache/namazu/samba running and use this. Had to configure "AddDefaultCharset UTF-8" in apache and go to namazu 2.0.18 (debian stable has only 2.0.17somoething), but now searching for kanji over the dokuwiki-contents, textfiles, word- and pdf-files works.
