Re: [tlug] Cleaning up the boot process
TLUG,
I've managed to clear out an error related to Firestarter (it seemed to
be trying to load twice), but I've got this one error in the kern.log
that keeps coming up.
I think this is related to my network as well, because I'm having a lot
of flakiness getting connections. Sometimes wireless works, other times
doesn't.
Of course I looked this up on the web, but when I try to look up
nlm_udport, Google suggests I should be looking up "nlm_udpport", which
I don't know if it's the same thing. Is it?
Here are the errors I'm seeing:
May 18 10:02:45 dave-laptop kernel: [ 30.443265] lockd: Unknown
parameter `nlm_udport'
May 18 10:02:45 dave-laptop kernel: [ 30.449331] nfs: Unknown symbol
nlmclnt_proc
May 18 10:02:45 dave-laptop kernel: [ 30.450069] nfs: Unknown symbol
lockd_down
May 18 10:02:45 dave-laptop kernel: [ 30.450236] nfs: Unknown symbol
lockd_up
May 18 10:02:45 dave-laptop kernel: [ 30.750055] lockd: Unknown
parameter `nlm_udport'
May 18 10:02:45 dave-laptop kernel: [ 30.776353] nfsd: Unknown symbol
lockd_down
May 18 10:02:45 dave-laptop kernel: [ 30.776423] nfsd: Unknown symbol
lockd_up
May 18 10:02:45 dave-laptop kernel: [ 30.777593] nfsd: Unknown symbol
get_nfs_grace_period
May 18 10:02:45 dave-laptop kernel: [ 30.779344] nfsd: Unknown symbol
nlmsvc_ops
Any idea what these are related to?
