If Sharp hasn't changed the handwritten character recognition since their Zauri, you can probably fool the  Papyrus PW-AT750 into believing you're still at it, as long as you leave the tip of the pen resting on the touchscreen while you try to remember the remaining strokes: the timeout only starts counting down when you lift the pen off the surface.
