Rereading my post, it looks as if I'm saying any sushi prepared by a restaurant owned by a Chinese or Korean firm or individual is bad. I was referring to cheap imitation sushi places, regardless of ownership. I only mentioned the large amount of places owned by Chinese or Koreans to show that to most Americans, it's all the same thing. Most places, regardless of ownership, actually employ Japanese chefs. Of course one of the most famous in NYC is owned by Robert DeNiro. (It's also one of the priciest.) -- Scott Robbins PGP keyID EB3467D6 ( 1B48 077D 66F6 9DB0 FDC2 A409 FA54 EB34 67D6 ) gpg --keyserver pgp.mit.edu --recv-keys EB3467D6 Jonathon: You think I just want attention? Buffy: No, I think you're up here in a clock tower with a high-powered rifle because you want to blend in.
