If anyone finds some unbiased commentary on this trend let me know. I
find it so strange; every client I know that runs web servers on windows
uses Apache, and is happy with it. (*)

*: But my sample is highly biased as people wanting to do IIS/ASP sites
are generally not going to want to become clients of mine ;-).
