Well, it is not an academic paper. He has a title and a conclusion.

Dave seems to be happy with the length, and it took me 15 minutes to
read it, which I did not think was unreasonable. I guess a non-native
speaker of English might take twice as long, but 30 minutes is still
doable; print it out and read it on the train. :)
