Well, let's discuss it. I am fine with Hikari being (potentially) Slashdotted as long as a) we know when it is happening and b) our hosting provider is OK with it.
If tlug.jp is being cautious about bandwidth, then maybe it's safer to put it elsewhere?
Why don't you give us a temporary link to peruse it first, and see if the membership is cool with hosting it on TLUG. Then we can figure out the logistics.
