Everyone, thanks for your input. cinclude2dot and graphviz did the
trick this time.

I would also like to recommend nmdepend [1]. It reads C/C++ object
files and creates a dependence map from the input. For visualization,
I used ZGRViewer [2], which allows exporting to other image formats.
