I seriously doubt it. "Open source intelligence" is a military term
dating back to at least WWI, before the US even had separate
intelligence agencies (there was only Army Intelligence; no CIA, NSA,
etc.). The military intelligence types probably are only vaguely aware
that a thing called "Open Source software" exists, and I doubt it
enters their minds at all when thinking of "open source intel", which
existed long before ESR and Co. went "Eureka!".
