True

How so? Collect information, obtain a warrant (search in this case)
based on that information, collect more information, obtain a warrant
(arrest warrant this time) and execute the warrant and take the person
into custody.

You get 1 phone call and they must let you see your lawyer.

What most do not know is they do not have to let you see him right away
within 24 hours in the general rule I believe...
They only have to stop asking you questions...correction...anything you
say after that is no good....I know this for fact especially in NYS.
If he is in isolation... well it is very difficult to ask
questions...not impossible but difficult.

Believe me that is cake compared to how they do it here......

I think most police and police officials would be looking at this point
to avoid any and all ideas of injustice.
Just cause a lawyer says "I didn't get to talk to my client cause of
XYZ" doesn't make it mistreatment or a violation of his constitutional
rights.

Ya I just hope it doesn't get even more jacked when the trial starts.....

I would rather see it go down fair, not as a public spectacle.

Without things like 82 lbs of missing cement, a glove that doesn't fit,
a mistress who cant wait to get on Opra or any of the other crap that seems
to come along with the 3 ring circus that has become the media of real life drama.

At least it will provide some interesting conversation for tomorrow
nights nomikai....
